Pleasure Craft Operator Card

All operators of power-driven pleasure crafts must carry proof of competency onboard at all times. You can write a Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC) exam at the Toronto Boat Show to earn your card as proof of competency – and it’s good for life.
